Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LefaPost (the "Service"), including the website at https://lefapost.com and the application at https://app.lefapost.com, operated by LefaPost ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

LefaPost is an online tool for scheduling, publishing and tracking social media posts on Threads, Instagram and Facebook Pages. It includes AI help for writing posts and creating images and videos, and lets you connect AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT.

3. Accounts and workspaces

  • You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
  • Keep your password and any connection keys you create private. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
  • The owner of a workspace is responsible for everything done by the admins and members they invite to it.

4. Acceptable use and third-party platforms

The Service posts to Threads, Instagram and Facebook (all owned by Meta Platforms, Inc.) through their official connections. By using LefaPost you confirm that:

  • You comply with the Meta Community Standards, Instagram Community Guidelines and Threads Terms of Use.
  • You will not use the Service to send spam, publish illegal content or hate speech, infringe others’ rights, or manipulate engagement.
  • You have the right to publish the content you schedule, and to connect the social accounts you connect.
  • We are not responsible for penalties, reduced reach or suspensions applied by Meta because of content or behaviour that breaks its rules.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, endanger its security or put our platform access at risk.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Payments. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record (the official seller) for all our orders. Paddle answers questions about payments and handles returns, and its Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.
  • Recurring billing. Paid plans (Pro and Agency) are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on our Pricing page; taxes are added at checkout where they apply.
  • Plan changes. Switching between paid plans takes effect immediately; you only pay the difference for the rest of the period.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed; your workspace then moves to the Free plan and its limits.
  • Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of a price change, which applies from your next billing period.

6. Refunds

Every payment comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy.

7. Your content

You keep all rights to the content (text, images and video) you upload and publish through the Service. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content solely to operate the Service for you, including sending it to the platforms you choose.

8. AI features

Captions, images and videos made with AI can contain mistakes. Check them before publishing; you are responsible for what is published from your accounts, including posts scheduled by an AI assistant you connected.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it depends on third-party platforms and may change or be interrupted. We may add, change or remove features; we will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce a paid plan.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms. On termination, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business interruption, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect; the date above shows the latest version.
